Commercial Building Refurbishment

The design

The owner of this site had budgeted for a complete cladding and internal fit out of the building for the development of his growing business. The old bonded asbestos cladding was removed and replaced by a Ward's insulated Composite panel Cladding system. Mezzanine floors were installed to enable a three storey office area including staff training centre and conference suites.
